Course Aim:

This course aims to offer managers in a Health and Social Care setting a tool kit to develop and enhance their people and service management skills. Supporting you to focus on developing your service and recognising the benefits this brings. Using advanced communication, problem solving strategies and goal setting techniques, this course will develop your skills, ability and confidence.
Duration: 6 one day workshops

  • Buisness Planning and Development “looking to the future with confidence”
