Jane Ratcliffe is a qualified Social Worker, Manager and Teacher. She started her professional career managing statutory and voluntary services for older people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues, with over 15 years experience in the sector. For the past 7 years she has taught and managed in Further Education, being instrumental in engaging with, and developing bespoke training packages for the Health and Social Care sector.
An excellent orator and inspiring trainer, she uses her passion, experience and knowledge to bring the subject to life, recalling stories and anecdotes that adds value and credibility to her training.
